This policy explains how NewsTargeted SEO Checker (seo.newstargeted.com) handles personal data when you sign in with Discord and run SEO scans.
Who we are

Data we collect
When you sign in with Discord we store your Discord user ID, username, display name, and session tokens needed to keep you logged in. When you run a scan we process the public URL you submit and store a cached copy of the analysis result for up to 24 hours. We do not crawl private networks or internal hosts.
Cookies and local storage
We use session cookies for login, an optional authentication cookie on .newstargeted.com, a language preference cookie (seo_lang), and a Discord silent-login helper cookie shared with other NewsTargeted services. Google AdSense may set advertising cookies on public pages.
How we use data
Data is used to authenticate you, enforce daily scan limits, block abusive users, display your username in the header, and improve reliability. Scan cache reduces load on target websites when the same URL is checked again within 24 hours.
Retention
Session data expires according to server settings (typically 24 hours). Scan cache entries expire after 24 hours. Discord user registry entries are kept while the account may use the service. Logs may be retained for security and debugging for a limited period.
Third parties
Discord provides OAuth login. Google AdSense may serve ads in the public footer. Cloudflare may process connection metadata. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us. You can log out at any time to clear your session cookies. EU/EEA users may have additional rights under applicable law.
